FIM Capital
FIM Capital has always been a part of FIM's activities in the market, at first as a department and now as an independent company which was established in 2006.
The main area of responsibilities of FIM Capital is to analyze the investment attractive markets of Ukraine and to manage the assets of investment funds for the Group's investors.
Today FIM Capital manages the assets of the venture investment trust "INVESTMENT UNION". It is a close-ended undiversified fund, the assets of which, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, consist of Ukrainian securities, monetary funds and other assets.
The company received a license from the State Commission on the Securities and Exchanges for conducting professional activities in mutual funds asset management and NPF asset management of AB series No.323144, dated 19.01.2006.
