About FIM Group of Companies
FIM - diversified investment and development group engaged in real estate development on the Ukrainian market.
The Group is represented by three main divisions:
FIM was one of the first ones in Ukraine to introduce the project management principles and procedures in development projects implementation. It ensures the company's success in passing through all of the stages of a real estate development: from its inception to the management of the properties.
To reinforce the project management efficiency in 2006, FIM began to implement the ERP system based on Oracle platform. It is based on in-house formalized and regulated business processes derived from the extensive practical experience. The introduction of the ERP system allows to effectively manage and, therefore, minimize risks at every stage of the real estate development process.
