FIM Group

FIM Group implements and manages real estate development and investment projects in commercial and prime class residential real estate segments of the market. It also carries out property and facility management.

FIM Group has completed a number of landmark projects in logistics, offices, shopping centers and hotels, as well as restaurants.

The current projects pipeline of FIM Group is comprised of regional chain of logistics complexes class A, offices of class A and B located in Kyiv, industrial parks, luxury and business class residential apartment buildings, and three- and four-star regional hotel chain. As a separate line of business, the company develops its own chain of Ukrainian cuisine restaurants in unique locations.

Some time ago FIM Group started developing a new direction of activity such as property and facility management. One of the reasons for going into this business was the need to manage FIM's own properties as there was no proposition of this service in the market. After having obtained required expertise and recourses, FIM has started outsourcing these services to the market.

Under FIM Group umbrella all of the activities, projects and businesses are centrally managed and controlled. For all of the projects jointly developed with our partners FIM acts as a managerial company. Once substantial knowledge of managing own projects had been gained, the company decided to capitalize on this by outsourcing services of managerial company to the market through its consulting department, which later was re-organized into a separate company FIM Consulting Plus.
