FIM Group of Companies entered the top six management companies in Ukraine.

FIM Group of Companies entered the top six management companies in Ukraine, according to the results of studies of Building Media Group, the leader in the segment mediacommunications in real estate, construction and architecture. For the rating compilation were involved leading market participants in the Ukrainian real estate market - developers and consulting companies, managers currently active in commercial real estate objects.

Participants were ranked on the "objects in the administration" category - from the highest to the lowest. Besides FIM, in the top six were DTZ, M + W Zander Facility Management UKR, Real Estate of the Capital (NEST), etc.

As auditor of the rank was Ernst & Young - an international provider of professional advisory services.
