Oksana Elmanova is winner of a nationwide program "Person of the Year-2007" in the “Manager of the Year” category.

Oksana Elmanova, CEO FIM Group of Companies has won the Nationalwide Program "Person of the Year - 2007" in the "Manager of the Year" category. "Person of the Year" - is the first Ukrainian project for definition of intellectual and professional elite of the country. This is the rating of the highest and outstanding achievements, deeds and fulfilments in all key areas of public life.
The Supreme Academic Council of the Program is formed from authoritative and influential government and public figures, leading specialists in specific occupational areas.
Within 11 years of Programs existence the owners of the honorary title "Person of the Year" was 208 winners in the personalized and corporate nominations, among them Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Volodymyr Stelmakh, the first astronaut of the independent Ukraine Leonid Kadenyuk, a journalist Yulia Mostovaya, Bogdan Stupka, Ruslana, Vladimir Grishko, the company "Stirol", "Mikhail Voronin" and others.
