The project envisions the development of a business class hotel on a frontal plot adjoining FIM Service logistics complex that is planned to be built on highway Ð-02 (Dnipropetrovsk - Zaporizhzhia). The advantageous location of the hotel on one of the busiest highways, as well as the relatively close proximity to the airport, will allow the employees and clients of the future logistics center as well as other businessmen to use the hotel's services. The concept of the hotel will be based on the international standards and will meet requirements for the construction and operation of business class hotels.
