Project Information:
The complex is located to the North-West of Kyiv on Kovel highway which forms the transport corridor with Poland. The project was completed in accordance with the needs of Bolshaya Medveditsa company as a distribution center. In 2000, this warehouse complex together with the land plot was sold to Kuehne + Nagel, a leading international logistics company. On that land plot Kuehne + Nagel built additional warehouse facilities in accordance with the original concept developed by FIM. Today this complex consists of 18,500 sq m of Class A properties.
