Project Information:
This shopping center was the first one of Kvadrat's Shopping Centers chain and was positioned as a center for family shopping and leisure. The convenient location (near "Druzhby Narodov" metro station, a large road interchange of Pechersky Bridge, close to "The House of Furniture" and other trade objects) and the availability of a wide range of products have been ensuring a constant flow of consumers. The center sells furniture, household accessories, clothes, souvenirs, etc. The main product areas include clothing and shoe stores, fast food restaurants, household shops and a furniture store. FIM exited this project by selling the project when the center was fully let.
