Project Information:
This center was the first large shopping center of Kvadrat's Chain. It is located in a densely opulated residential area of the city, Borschagivka. It was the first modern shopping center in the suburbs of the city. About 170 shops and departments are located in comfortable premises of the center. "Silpo" Supermarket and "Domotekhnika", a supermarket of household appliances, are anchor tenants. In addition to these, there are fast food restaurants, clothing and shoe stores, a house ware store and a furniture store in the Center. FIM exited this project by selling the project when the center was fully let.
