A "Club" format apartment building. The project had a very good location with already existing infrastructure. It was sold at the stage when construction permits were obtained. As the concept of the project was based on thorough marketing research, it secured its future success.The project was successfully completed in 2006 by the Console Company - one of the Ukrainian construction industry's leaders without changing the developed by FIM concept. The building represents 10 three-bedroom apartments, located on six floors with area of over 150 sq m each, including two-level ones. The building is located in a quiet historical part of the city which is one of its key advantages. The building was one of the first true elite class residential properties in Ukraine.
